Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Human Resources Total Rewards team and has a new opportunity for a Total Rewards Specialist. This position is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and consultation with leaders and employees while managing and enhancing our employee benefits and leave programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, knowledgeable about Benefits, Leave, and HR policies, and committed to maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
This position is eligible to work hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy once onsite training is complete. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
