He advises and defends clients on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship with special focus on labor relations/union avoidance.

Tim is also active in the human resources community as a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and former President of SHRM-KC.  He has been invited to speak at the National SHRM convention on labor relations topics multiple times and also regularly speaks for state and local SHRM and other professional and business associations.

She defends clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Nicole appears before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies such as the EEOC, OSHA, and NLRB, and manages all phases of litigation—from discovery through mediation and trial preparation.

In addition to her litigation work, Nicole advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, and settlement agreements. She regularly counsels clients in pre-litigation and administrative settings, helping them reach favorable and efficient resolutions. Nicole works with companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500 organizations, and brings a tailored, business-minded approach to each matter.
