We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.

2024 SHRM Learning System Champion 

SHRM Topeka was recently honored at the 2024 SHRM Volunteer Business Leaders Meeting in Washington DC as a SHRM Learning System Champion!  This award reflects our Chapters dedication in elevating the HR profession through the professional development of our members.  

SHRM Topeka Scholarship Program

We offer scholarships of up to $500 to all active chapter members twice a year. Scholarships may be used for college tuition, HR certification preparation courses, continuing education, conferences, seminars or similar educational opportunities. Submit an application by September 1, 2024 to be considered for a summer/fall scholarship. The application can be accessed here.
